Tim Aupperle Tim has been with Federalgraphics since its inception in 1994.
Tim has worked on every model from every manufacturer that we represent. Tim’s office equipment repair career began in 1991 with a AASET from State Technical Institute at Memphis .
Tim is the Service Manager over all or our offices in both Alabama and Georgia, is trained on all models we service and is also our network specialist.
Tim brings experience, professionalism, and intelligence to Federalgraphics which make him a tremendous asset to our team.
Rusty Brewer Rusty has been Federalgraphics since 1997 and he is a technician in our Macon Office.
He brings 14 years of experience with him and is considered one of our best by customers and fellow workers.

Rusty is trained on all models we serve and is also our RISO Specialist, where he has won many awards. Rusty probably has more experience with the Riso Force-jet technology than any other person in the country.
He is a great asset and member of our team.
John Malloy John has been with Federalgraphics since 2005 and started his electronics repair career in 1972.
He brings over 40 years of office equipment repair experience with him.

John is the lead technician for our Macon office and rightfully so. He is trained on all models we serve and is Federalgraphics’ Color Specialist and Wide Format Specialist.
He has won numerous awards from our manufacturers including Konica Minolta “Outward Associate”.
John is an excellent member of our team.
Robert Barrett Robert has been with Federalgraphics since 2009.

He is a technician for our Macon Area and is trained on all models we serve.
Robert continues to excel in new software projects and he is also our MPS Software Specialist.
Robert is a great asset and member of our team.
Tony Boatright Tony started with Federalgraphics, LLC in September 2008.
He brings over 17 years experience in the office equipment industry with him.

Tony is currently trained on all current RISO models, including the HC and ComColor force-jet printers. He is also trained on Kyocera, NEC, and Lexmark models.
Randy Edwards Randy has been with Federalgraphics, LLC since March 2010.
He brings more than 30 years of copier repair experience with him.

He has been trained in the past on Olympia, Toshiba, Canon, Panasonic, and Mita.

Randy is currently trained on all current models of Kyocera, NEC, and Lexmark copiers. His average training score on all current models is A+.
Kim Smith Kim has been with Federalgraphics since 1999 and is the Administrator.

Kim is in charge of bookkeeping from billing to payables to purchasing. Her job also involves a lot of customer service as she is the one to take care of all your billing questions.
She is also an expert with our company software, EAutomate, and is always helping others with ways to utilize the system.
Kim graduated from Clemson University with a BA in sociology and a minor in math.
Brittany Smith Brittany has been with Federalgraphics since 2005 and has been an integral part ever since.

She is presently our Dispatcher and Supply Manager. She also handles parts management, getting meter reads from customers, and inventory control.
She is Federalgraphics’ Customer Service Specialist, which she excels in.

Brittany is the glue that holds the service, sales, and customer service departments together. Brittany is a great asset and member of our team.
